Case review and incident reviews are often missed but are key. Here we review all activity from the trivial to the serious, firstly with you and involving the provider concerned.

Far from a snap decision, we help you decide during the year as to whether we are moving towards a renewal negotiation with the current provider, or going to market to consider options.

If a 'go to market' and procurement process is required, we begin scoping, communicating and meting providers months in advance.
